Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions apply to all services provided by KB Executive Chauffeurs. When bookings are made through KB Executive Chauffeurs, all clients are deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.

All bookings must be pre-booked (as per Private Hire Regulations) by email, telephone or mobile and at least 24 hours in advance. Written confirmation of the booking will be confirmed with the client.

Minimum fare

Please note that when using KB Executive Chauffeurs, that there is a minimum fare of £75.

Cancellation Fees
More than 72 hours notice of cancellation (prior to departure) - No Fee

More than 48 hours notice and less than 72 hours notice of cancellation  (prior to departure) - 50% of fee and 50% of any early/late collection fee will be charged (if applicable).

Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation (prior to departure) - 100% of fee will be charged and 100% of any early/late collection fee will be charged (if applicable).

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as flight delays, missed flights, train delays or financial losses due to adverse weather conditions, road closures, traffic accidents, mechanic failure or traffic delays. We cannot also be held responsible for any of the above if the client has given us incorrect information. We recommend that you request an email or text confirmation of your booking.
Vehicle Damage
The cost of any damage to the vehicle caused by the Customer will be the liability of the Customer and payable by the Customer in addition to the agreed fare, fees and charges for the journey.
A minimum cleaning charge of £200 will be payable by the client in addition to the agreed fare, fees and charges for the journey, if as a consequence of the client's  occupation of the taxi, the interior of the taxi requires cleaning. The complete cost of cleaning will be passed to the client for payment.

Passengers condition
We reserve the right to refuse any passengers into our vehicles who are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or inappropriate behaviour by any passenger. Should termination occur, all passengers will be dropped at the nearest suitable & safe location. Full payment will be required for any terminated journey.

Waiting Time
For airport collections, waiting time of 1 hour is included free of charge from the time the plane lands, for all other collections, waiting time will be applied to the cost of the journey if the passenger is not ready to depart 15 minutes after the agreed collection time. Please see details & costs within the Prices section of this website.

Zero Tolerance

Please note that we operate a zero abuse policy (both physical & verbal) towards any of our drivers. Anyone found in breach of this policy will not be transported to their final destination and full payment for the journey will be required.  

Smoking policy

KB Executive Chauffeurs maintains a strict no-smoking policy (including vaping) in all our vehicles.


The prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices agreed and confirmed by KB Executive Chauffeurs and the client will be honoured unless alterations on the day are made which could affect the final price. Any quotations supplied will be valid for 30 days.


The driver reserves the right to refuse any passenger(s) who have excessive luggage that would result in the vehicle being overloaded and unsafe on the road.

Personal belongings

KB Executive Chauffeurs will not be held responsible for the safety or custody of personal belongings, purchases, luggage or any other items carried by any passenger or which are left in the vehicle. Whilst every care is taken, the client's property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Clients are advised to check their own travel insurance.

Seat belts

All passengers must wear the seat belts provided in all vehicles. KB Executive Chauffeurs accept no responsibility or liability for injuries as a result of passengers failing to wear the seat belts provided. Child seat must be secured by the passengers providing them. KB Executive Chauffeurs will not be responsible for the safety or fitting of child seats.


Our drivers use various forms of information regarding potential routes & traffic delays. They will travel the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the client at the start of the journey.


The new GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation) legislation came into force on 25 May 2018, this is designed to protect personal data stored.  We  take the security of all data very seriously and we ensure that we have the best security in place possible for our organisation.  We can assure you that we do not share personal data with anybody.
